An R package that turns ERA5-Land climate reanalysis into analysis-ready data for the MoDD Africa vector-borne disease modelling project.

Created and maintain moddafricaes, the R package behind the evidence synthesis tools of the MoDD Africa project. It provides an end-to-end pipeline for ERA5-Land climate reanalysis:
- Derives a study-area bounding box from a shapefile.
- Downloads hourly NetCDF files from the Copernicus Climate Data Store.
- Transforms them into analysis-ready Parquet (hourly or monthly) or GeoTIFF (monthly minimum and maximum temperature).
