- Developed Aghalabu, an AI-powered, multi-platform (Android, iOS, web, Windows, Linux) rental property management system built with Flutter, now in production on Google Play.
- Built its AI contract-terms feature: AI drafts the terms, and the landlord reviews them before they go into the contract.
